Why we built this

We started israviet because we kept watching the same story play out from two sides. In Israel, strong teams stalled — developers were expensive, hard to find, and pulled away without warning. In Vietnam, we knew senior engineers who could do the work but never got a real shot with product companies. We’d already spent years on both sides of that gap. israviet is the bridge we were uniquely placed to build — and the standard of management we’d want if we were the client.
